Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MBACracked, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. Finscout Technologies provides the service; you are the user.

2. Service description

MBACracked offers MBA entrance preparation tools for exams such as CAT and XAT, including practice papers, timed mocks, and performance analysis. Content is for educational purposes. We are not affiliated with exam conducting bodies and do not guarantee exam outcomes.

3. Account

• You must provide accurate information at registration
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law

4. Free and paid plans

Free tier limits (mocks, practice attempts) are described on the Guru Dakshina page and may change with notice. Paid subscriptions renew per the plan you select. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute question content at scale without permission
• Share accounts, bypass paywalls, or abuse usage limits
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, and original content are owned by Finscout Technologies or licensors. Past papers and third-party material remain subject to their respective rights. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Analysis and scores are indicative aids only, not official exam results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finscout Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to access the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection laws.
